I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T480s but I am unable to get the bluetooth working. Cant see it in the device manager and I'm unable to find any info on where it would be on the main board.
Can someone help??

Check if BT has been enabled in BIOS.
Start the laptop and press F1 when the Lenovo logo is displayed on the screen, before it boots into the OS.
When in BIOS go to Security > I/O Port Access > Bluetooth.
If it is disabled, enable it, save the changes and restart the laptop. It should now show in Device Manager etc.
Here's the user manual for the laptop. On p.72-73 it shows all the different hardware components that can be disabled in BIOS under the I/O Port Access sub menu
If it was already enabled in BIOS but it wasn't showing in Device Manager (did you check "Other Devices" category and also View > Show Hidden Devices in DM as well?) then perhaps it is a faulty WLAN/BT card. Is the WiFi working OK?
Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop. Go to p.69 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the WLAN card. Check the make and model information on the card and use that information to find suppliers of a replacement card.

after do tips to turn on BT on youtube, i still cannot activate it. its make me fristated. ahhaha. then i fallback my windows 11 to 10 and make a wish to recover my BT, but its fail. then i googling it, found this page, its not found in any youtube channel (may be just me canot find this tips in youtube), then i follow itu on scurity bios, then its worked. thans so much bro @jayeff and @sparky95

Well I will suggest you to check the Bluetooth driver if it is outdated then update you Bluetooth driver manually or you can use good driver updater tool which can make the process of updating the driver supper fast and easy and if the driver is missing then try to install that driver in your system you can install the driver form the official website or by using a good driver updater and installer tool.

is Bluetooth enabled?? have u tried uninstalling Bluetooth device from device manager and reinstalling it either?
