Recharging cradle not working
I own 2 RS210 II units. Both cradles are not working. No lights and no recharging of headphones.
Possible for both power cords defective?

Hi @gabriele88 ,
If there is no green light on the cradle then there may be a problem with the adapter or the charger base (or the power outlet)
If there is a green light but no red light then this link may be of some help.
