Can a iphone 6s plus rear camera work with a iphone 6 plus? my 6 plus camera is’nt working and my friend gave me a 6s plus camera from his old phone so i want to know if it can work

No, they are not compatible as they have different specs, different connectors and pin layouts.

No, the iSight rear facing cameras on the 6 Plus and the 6s Plus are not interchangeable. Reference the picture below. Tap/click the photo and then tap/click “view original” to see the image in more detail.
(circled blue) The pin layouts for the connector on the Logic Board is different therefore preventing you from plugging in the iSight camera into the connector on the board.
(circled red) The flex/ribbon cable for the iSight cameras are different to fit the space allotted for the camera inside the device.
