@twaide iFixit does not do repairs. Here you can get advice on how to fix things by yourself. You did not tell us if it is the glass/digitizer that is broken or if it is the LCD that is broken. The digitizer will cost you around $10USD and the LCD around $20USD The trick here is that it is a slight offbrand tablet and there is not a lot of information out about it. Use these guides Hisense Sero 8 and a slightly different model Hisense video from here to see if you can repair it yourself.
