Can't get cracked screen off
I can't get my cracked screen to even budge with the suction cup. Any new tips.

The iPhone 6S screen is not only held in place by the bottom pentalobe screws and side retaining clips but there is also a layer of adhesive as well.
Did you follow the guide? You have to apply suction and pry the screen up at the same time. You can use the plastic tools or an iSesamo like tool (just be careful not to damaged the housing). Once you get it lifted a bit, the rest will come easy.
