The water level pressure switch only detects the level of the water, be it hot or cold or warm i.e. both hot and cold are used, not its temperature.
There is no temperature sensor in the washer section of the combo unit. The machine either opens the hot water inlet valve only, the cold only or both, depending on what you have selected as the temperature.
If you want a really hot water wash you will need to baby sit the machine and manually fill it, from the laundry tub hot water faucet after having let the hot water run off first into the laundry tub until it is really hot coming out of the faucet.
You will need to judge how much hot water to put in the machine, as the water level pressure switch will only come into play when the machine is started, so when it is started, it may decide that there's not enough water, depending on what the desired water level is that you selected and then add more hot water.
Although if you have already run off the hot water in the laundry tub first, then it may be hot enough to let the machine fill from the hot water outlet that it is connected to.
This would work for the first load but perhaps not any subsequent new loads, if you then let the machine automatically fill and it is not manually filled by you first, as the hot water pipes may have cooled down so the water is not initially that hot..
Rinsing done by the machine is also only done in cold water as well and not hot. This is normal for all makes of washers

I have the same problem and to top it off my rinses are coming out hot!!! You never want to rinse clothes in hot water because they wrinkle. My husband changed the hoses to make them opposite and it didn't make any difference.

Given that you only got it in July '23, get if repaired under warranty.
Seems like the temp control is not working and it should always rinse in cold water only.

I’m considering hooking both hot and cold water supply to a Y fitting connected to my hot water outlet. I live with a hot water rinse. Better than cold water wash all the time. Especially for towels, bedding and under clothes.
