Flashing white light on the bottom of the screen?

The Power button keeps blinking. However, in the videos I've seen on it's blinking, the screen never goes to the title screen and THEN resets, instead, it just flashes white.

This doesn't happen to, as I know of, my copies of Super Mario Brothers/Duck Hunt, and Mario Bros.

It could also be the problems caused by the cartridge. I contacted the seller for advice.

If anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it, as well as giving me a good site to send my consoles if it's the 10NES chip.

Replace the 72-pin first. If that doesn't work, kill the 10NES chip protection.

Why would you disable the lockout chip if the 72 pin connector does not fix the issue? The lockout chip prevents the use of non licensed games. This chip is very picky and if it doesn't like ONE thing about a game it constantly resets the console. If it doesn't like the game it assumes it's a "pirate" game and rejects it. If you kill the 10NES, you need to remove the board anyway. See the guides below on the procedure.
