Connect the 12 gauge wire brush to the ramrod. Slide this all the way to the bottom of the barrel and then out two to three times. It may help to place the butt of the gun on the floor.

Wire Brush: A metal brush that attaches to the ramrod and is used to clean the inside of the barrel.

Detach the wire brush from the ramrod and attach the 12 gauge cotton mop.

Cotton Mop: A cotton wad that attaches to the ramrod used to wipe the inside of the barrel with cleaning oil.

Lightly coat the cotton mop with the Rem Oil and slide this all the way to the bottom of the barrel and out two to three times.

Rem Oil: A multi-purpose oil that cleans metal, protects metal, and does not attract dirt to the metal.

Disassemble and put away the ramrod, wire brush, and cotton mop.
