Introdução
This guide will show you how to replace the battery in the HP ProBook 455 G7 (Model: 7JN02AV ProBook 455 G7 Notebook PC). The internal lithium-ion battery powers the device when unplugged and is one of the first components to wear down over time.
If your laptop shows symptoms such as not powering on, shutting down unexpectedly, or rapid battery drain, refer to the related sections on the Troubleshooting Page for “Battery Not Holding Charge” and “Laptop Not Powering On.”
Before beginning this repair, power off the laptop completely and disconnect all cables. If your battery appears swollen, do not continue—follow proper swollen-battery safety guidelines and handle the device with caution.
For general safety, avoid puncturing the battery and use ESD-safe tools where possible.
