How to Adjust the Headlights
After a lot of research, I read that the headlights on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata can NOT be adjusted. Is this true?

Here's a video for your model vehicle that shows how to replace the headlights and from approx. 6:05 minutes onwards into the video it shows how to adjust them.
Here's the 2013 Sonata Head Lamp And Fog Lamp Aiming Point settings from the service manual that shows them in more detail that may also help.
