Could anyone please help me i was using my switch playing tamadachi life using touchscreen to face paint than i took a break i turned it to sleep mode and when i came back my touchscreen just stopped working and its not responsive. I didnt even throw my switch or anything like that and also tried to reboot couple of times and still not working.

In the worst case, you need to open it up and disconnect the battery. Wait for a few minutes and connect it again. Try to turn it on again and see what happens.
In the worst case, you need to replace the screen completely (it’s fused with the touchscreen)…
