Not turning back on
Hi My friend laptop her was using it and it turned off and now it not turning back on is there anything I can do to fix it Kind regards CJ

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
Does the laptop indicate that the battery is being charged when a known working, compatible charger is connected to the laptop's power port?

Have you tried holding down the power button for up to ten seconds? Do any of the lights flash or the fans turn on?
