screen is not displaying

When PC is on, screen doesn't display anything. It's black but keyboard light on

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

Try connecting an external monitor (TV) to the laptop's HDMI port and check if there a display from the laptop showing on it.

Don't forget to press the F8 key (or Fn+F8) to switch the display from the laptop to the external monitor.
