Looking for someone who has the skill set to remove the old lcd screen and replace with a new aftermarket lcd screen. I don’t has the confidence in my skills to do the work since all parts a rare. Also parts would be supplied.

@johntully30399 that is something you will have to look somewhere else. iFixit does not do repairs. Here we believe in empowering you to do your own repairs. You can always check manuals like the Yaesu FT 857 Service Manual or something like this video to work on it.
Now, if this task does not look very appealing to you, you may need to use a Google search for Ham Radio Repair or check with your local Ham Radio chapter and see what those great operators recommend.
