Charging on and off
When I plug the charger to my laptop its charging then suddenly not charging and its repeating just like that

You need to prove whether the problem is with the charger or the laptop.
Connect the charger to a mobile phone which has a USB-C type charging port and check if the phone shows that it is behaving the same as the laptop i.e. charge on, charge off or whether the charge stays constant.
If the charger is OK it could be a problem with the USB-C charge port in the laptop (loose?) or somewhere else on the motherboard.
Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop that will help you to gain access to the motherboard so that you can check if the USB-C port is securely soldered to the board or not.
If the USB-C port is OK and if the motherboard is model number NM-B481 (model number is printed on the board itself), here are the schematics. The battery charging circuit is on p.65 (of 88 pdf)
