Both USB-C side-by-side charging ports will charge laptop only if wiggled, and no power light next to ports. Need part number, and whether this is a pluggable part, or requires soldering. Thank you! A part picture would be handy.
Found that even though connector seemed fully inserted, it was not. Cleaned receptacle with narrow, stiff brush, and contact cleaner several times ...it is now charging again.

@m7vtuqoqzqrwbhl those ports are commonly soldered to the motherboard. WE will need to know your exact computer model as well as what motherboard it has. That way we can most likely find replacement ports. It may also be possible to just resolder the ones on your board. wE will have to see all of that to be certain. Post some well focused pictures with your question so we can see what you see.
