The device cannot be charged by just any charger, not even its original charger; it requires a powerful 30W charger. However, if left charging for an extended period, the battery may discharge and its level may drop.

Hi!

Well, could be the charge board or the battery.

Does it recognize the charger? If not, you need to replace the charge board.

If yes, you want to replace the battery.

I replaced the charging board, the battery, and the flex cable connecting the charging board to the motherboard, but it didn't work. This problem started after I used a low-quality car charger. Thank you for your reply and attention.

Alright, well you did what you could and replaced everything "charging" related. At this moment I suspect that it's motherboard related...
