Here's the ifixit Sonicake Pocket Master Teardown guide that will help.
In Step.6 it shows how to remove the screen and also the model number of the screen as well. Unfortunately when searching for the screen model number online to try and find a replacement screen there were no results. You may have better luck
You could try this option to get a unit for a price that suits and use it as a donor for parts. Just an idea
