Main Power Board Issues

Why does my main power board blink red 4 times then stop, Blink 4 times then stop and also my Fridge nor freezer is cooling at all, Any ideas ??? MY WIFE IS !#^&@@ AT ME , I NEED HELP PLEASE , I've tried resetting it, unplugging it, Nothing has worked .
