Don't know bout flooring tools but looking at the parts list there are a lot of o-rings used in the assembly, presumably designed to seal the air in.
Maybe worth checking if they're OK and not worn or broken.
If you need a replacement, search online for Dewalt (insert part number of wanted part) to find suppliers that suit you best.
