Hi @saro53414 ,

Have you checked the air pressure levels in the front tyres to make sure that they're both the correct value i.e. front 33psi, rear 31psi?

If they're too low it makes steering difficult at low speeds

What is the year of the vehicle?

Asking as the 2010-2011 Outback has hydraulic power steering and the 2012-2014 has electric power steering

If your Outback has hydraulic power steering the first thing you'll want to do is check the fluid level.
