Everywhere I look online for parts I am only seeing the IO board which has the audio jack, 2 USB ports, and an ethernet port. I am trying to find the board for the other side of the laptop with the USB-C, USB, and HDMI ports. Is this its own part? or are those ports directly connected to the motherboard?

Looking at the image in Step.5 of the ifixit Substituição da placa-mãe do Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-55M1 guide, the USB-C, USB2.0 and the HDMI ports are soldered directly onto the motherboard (board is shown upside down in the image so the ports are seen on the left side of the motherboard in the image.

The USB-C, USB, and HDMI ports on many laptops are often part of the motherboard or a separate daughterboard. Check your laptop's service manual or contact the manufacturer for part details.
