@donex74969 you are not giving us a whole lot o information here. From teh little bit that you are saying, it does sound like a bad touchscreen. It is part of our display assembly and needs to be replaced as one. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video. Replacement screens are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
