@yanirama try a headset to make sure this is not an issue with the motherboard. If a headset works okay, I would place the phone in safe mode next. See if the mic works in safe mode. If it does, you have a 3rd party app that is blocking your mic. You will have uninstall those Apps. To place your phone in safe mode, use the instructions from Samsung on here

Of course, make sure that you do not have a case that blocks the mic. Remove your phone from any case that it may be in. If all of that checks out, you may have to replace the microphone and check the microphone flex cable.
