What happens when you try using the app?
Try turning off the phone and then restarting the phone and then check if the app works OK or not.
Did you download and install the app from the Play Store?
If not, try uninstalling the app and then download it from there and then try it.
If it still doesn't work, contact the app developer by clicking on the Apps support option in the Play Store link above and ask them what the problem could be
