Phone screen temperature to melt glue for replacement
Well I don't have a heat gun, but I can use a hairdryer, but I need to know how I know when it's hot enough without one of those temp reader guns.
Esta é uma boa pergunta?

I take it you have totally disassembled the phone and have bought a screen without the frame. 🙈 Anyway, use the hairdryer on the screen moving it around until it gets hot. Hold it close to increase the heat. If the screen is damaged don't worry about getting too hot. You can't make it any worse. When it's hot or hot ish then use your opening tool to work around the screen loosening the adhesive. Reheat the screen as and when needed.

@zacharymcvey use this guide How to Use a Heat Gun to Soften Adhesive for this job. I like to stick around 70 to 80 deg Celsius (158- 180 deg F)
