Everytime, I make a phone call or received a phone call. There other side how call me is not able to hear my voices. Help to fix FairPhone 4. Do you think is the speaker part is the problem?

No you have a problem in your Microphone, you should replace it.

Can you be heard OK when using the phone in loudspeaker mode when on a call?
Is the phone in a protective case at all? If so remove from the case and check if it now works OK.
Try using a vacuum cleaner to clear the voice inlet hole located on the bottom edge of the phone in case it is blocked with lint etc, and check.
If still no good it may be the microphone in the phone.

Even with or without the phone case still same problem. Where is located the microphone?
Did you try clearing the voice inlet hole using a vacuum cleaner, you didn't say?
Can you show me as pictures where is located?
Can't find any pictures but there are two small holes on the bottom edge of the phone for the microphone.
Do not stick a pin in them to see if they're clear as you may damage it
There's also a small hole at the top for another microphone which is used for loudspeaker calls
In bottom part of FairPhone 4. In the center bottom is USB type C. At the right side of USB type C have 3 holes. At the left side is have small hole. So, which part is the microphone?
