Is the inside of my phone broken?

So a while ago about a year I broke my phone I mean millions of cracks and I got a kinda see through grey square. And I have a option to get my phone fixed, but if they open it and the inside it damaged they can't fix it, and I don't have a phone they can't put it back together. So is that grey see through square mean that the inside of my phone is permanently broken, and cannot be fixed? Please help I have to make this decision soon and I'm nervous to lose my phone forever

@jasminemedley post some good pictures of what it is exactly that you see. For now it sounds like your screen is toast, which could be fixed. Edit your QUESTION and add images Adicionar imagens a uma pergunta já existente

Just the screen is cracked in this case. In order to repair this issue you'll likely need a screen+frame assembly unless you can get a raw panel from a 3rd party; Motorola doesn't like to sell just the raw panel and adhesive much like Samsung forces you to buy a $200 screen assembly to get a $20 battery. The lack of prts for mine is why I couldn't repair my G Stylus 4G 2021; I can't get the parts (screen and charge board) at a reasonable price relative to the current street value of the 4G variant (which I only bought at the time as I'd need a new SIM card on a shared AT&T plan and the plan may not be compatible, it was essentially a holdover model before the carriers let you bolt 5G onto most older plans or added it by default they discontinued when 5G became standard or a cheap add-on; I bought it before that became the norm :/)

iFixit doesn't have the parts for this one (which is common, Motorola seems to use them as a clearinghouse for the EOL phones, not the current models) so you will need to look at places like Amazon. if it doesn't include the frame you will need to remove the damaged screen using heat and apply 1mm Tesa tape. For this phone, heating the back up to break the adhesive and running several guitar picks is how you get in; something like the Anti-Clamp will break the adhesive but MAY LIFT THE DAMAGED SCREEN in the process. if it does, get as much up as possible and stick to using guitar picks. If the back is plastic you can be a little rough but be careful unless you can be absolutely sure; otherwise, you broke a glass panel.

You can tell on Motorolas with your nail; if it feels light, plastic. Heavy taps lean towards glass. While there are no guides here, this video should help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzLccW9_...
