Clothes still wet and not spun against side of tub at end of washing. Pump working. New synchronous motor. Belt inspected. Clutch manually engaged when replaced synchronous motor. Seems to work just fine( the clutch).

The pump is probably clogged up with a penny or something small.
The pump will still come on but cannot drain. Check the L in the hose on the pump.
Washing machines have a catch all type net or something like that to catch rings,pennies, & such.
I'm no expert but that's what I had an issue with.
