help me with my screen please
i dropped my samsung galaxy j7 crown on concrite and now when i turn on the phone there is lines of the letters below it going up

Hi,
The fall may have damaged the LCD display and it will need to be replaced.
There is a chance that it jarred loose the flex cable between the display and the systemboard but in any event the phone will have to be opened so that the systemboard flex cable connection can be checked or if the display has to be replaced.
Here's a video that shows how to replace the display on a J7 (2018) - aka J7 Crown.
There's also the ifixit Substituição do conjunto do display do Samsung Galaxy J7 2016 which may help as it should be very similar in concept.
Replacement displays are available online. just search for J7 Crown S767VL lcd display to find suppliers that suit you best.
