@maik22 first check your charger. Make sure that it is working. Then check your charging cable. the make sure that your phones charging port is clear of any debris. Use a bit of compressed air to clean it out. If all of that checks out okay, I suggest a new battery next. If that does not resolve this problem, then you will have to check the charging circuit on the daugherboard. Samsung calls those "Sub PBA"
