I have 20 screwdrivers for iphone etc but all to large.

According to the ifixit Apple Watch Series 3 Battery Replacement guide you need a Tri-point Y000 Screwdriver which ifixit has in stock.
If you're not in the USA click on the flag icon at the top of this page and select the ifixit store closest to your location and search in Tools there for the screwdriver.
I also checked the ifixit Europe and UK stores and they both also have it in stock. Didn't check any other stores though ;-)
