If i touch the screen it does not work but software is working

Yash Sharma it appears as if you are referring to a Fire-Boltt Ninja Pro Max Smartwatch. If your touch screen does not work, it is possible that you will need a new display.

It's easy to fix it if the watch is working but screen is black so you have to take hot air gun if you not have u also can take hair dryer and fully hot towards the smart watch screen afte some minutes you take some thin object and trying to put screen out after you opened screen there is a kind of wire you have to put wire and connect to the point.
