no signal from monitor
hello, so, recently, my extension cord came out of the wall plug and obviously my pc did not turn on, however, when i plugged it in and turned it on, the fans and the lights on the fans and the light on my keyboard and mouse turned on. i tried different outputs with different ports and i also tried a different gpu. i also took one ram stick out and turned it on with a single ram stick, and i also took the other ram stick and put it in instead of the first one. i cleaned the ram sticks and even the slots and after all of this still no output. at this point, its either the cpu or the motherboard, how will i know which one it is?
it was working one moment, and than it doesnt work. pressing num lock or caps does make those lights on the keyboard turn on, so the system is active
My specs are :
AMD FX-6350
GTX 960M 2GB MSI
8-GB DDR3 RAM
460W CORSAIR PSU
1TB SAMSUNG SSD
Esta é uma boa pergunta?

If the fans and keyboard and mouse (assuming they are plugged into the pc and not external power) are all working, the motherboard is at least getting and distributing power to some extent. If there's any onboard graphics I would leave out the GPU just to simplify troubleshooting. You need a multimeter to figure out where the issue is between motherboard and CPU, but I think there’s also a chance that your RAM sticks got zapped (have any known working others you can test?).

i already tried a different ramk stick that i knew worked and it still didnt solve the problem. basically i narrowed it down to motherboard or cpu. when i press caps and tabs on my keyboard it lights up so there is pc activity, which makes me think it cant be a cpu related issue
