I unhooked the negative cable on the battery, and then started unhooking the positive when the negative touched the post. The horn went off and the wipers went off before I pulled the cable away. Now I have no power anywhere.

The negative touched the negative post while disconnecting the positive? Nothing was reversed, or shorted? If so, try disconnecting the battery for 30m and reconnecting. Test battery as well.
