Reboot Think Pad -T480 issue

My ThinkPad will not reboot not had any issues until now, it’s been 3 days like this

Hi,

What is actually happening when you go to start or restart it, e.g. turns on, fans on high, no display or boots into Windows but hangs etc?

What have you tried?
