I have a number of W-290’s and I would like to set them off simultaneously. Can I teardown the camera to the shutter button and solder wires to that shutter switch and drag them outside in some discreet way so that I can operate the shutter from a distance?

@larryeda looks like you could solder two wires and a remote switch to replace S102 on the ST-208 board.
Post some good pictures of that board with your question. That way we can most likely point out where to solder the wires to. Adicionar imagens a uma pergunta já existente

Thank you! I haven't opened up any of the cameras yet, but I hope to do that this weekend. I'll post pictures when I do. I'm so grateful for your help.
