Over I read CAC.

This answer is only to identify the part and not to diagnose the failure. That is reference designator D6901 which is a HN2S02FU(APE) Schottky Diode in a SOT-363 package and it is part of your DC-IN circuitry

Where I can buy it online?
I'd try Mouser.com or Digikey.com and go from there. Sometimes componentes are a bit hard to find and require a more extensive search
