Screen: Glass LCD or both?

Depends on what you can and cannot do. Removing the Glass itself is really tricky and requires some special tools and experience. If you're willing to try a DIY replace the entire LCD.

Doing this phone'sdisplay is rather tedious, especially if it's your first time. Check in with a local repair shop and see what it's going to cost you.

You may also want to check if that tempered glass you got has some type of warranty on there. I've noticed some companies are trying to stand by their product if their tempered glass fails to protect your screen.
