My wifi on my ipod won't work at all but on my phone it do. I tried resetting my ipod and network settings, turning airplane mode on & off, and other stuff but it still won't work.

Has your iPod been dropped or repaired recently? Has it come into contact with water?
The WiFi flex is really delicate and it doesn't take much to tear. It might also have gotten partially disconnected. If you haven't already done so, you could follow this guide and open up your device to see if the antenna is okay.
