Tried fixing tristar iPhone 6s but ended with pulled pad

So yeah I've been watching alot of videos recently and decided to help some friends out who had some defect iphones, this one was iPhone 6S which would drain very quickly and would reboot itselves so I came to the conclusion that it was a defect tristar u2 ic

I have good desoldering tools but I lack a pair of good tweezers and good flux, solder wick.... and i think that is probably what &&^&@@ up the pads

I removed the old chip, the balls looked okay so i just put a new A3 chip on it and somehow it wouldn't fall in place, so i decided to remove the tins on the pads en ended up removing one the pads. and i also knocked over some cap or something not sure...

is this pad needed? if so how do i fix this as if dont have a clue how i would make a micro jumper

D1 is an NC...that means no connection; so you don't have to create a micro-jumper. NC pads tend to lift easily, still consider yourself lucky.

You should also take this occasion to reflect on how you should approach micro-soldering. Videos make it look deceptively easy. While it's not rocket science, it is still an acquired skill. You should gear up properly and practice on dead boards first rather than try to wing it on valuable and repairable phones. That doesn't mean buying thousands of dollars worth of gear but having flux and tweezers and whatnot is essential.
