Sound is playing when not in use
Can't tell if it's the speaker, microphone or both. But volume is coming from somewhere and the volume is muted.

Hi,
Have you tried pressing and holding the back button when on the Home screen to see what apps are running, to see if one of them is the cause of the sound?
Can you increase the volume to understand what the sound is?
