My eStation Zeen screen is frozen
My eStation Zeen's touch screen has a frozen display and won't respond to touch or any button inputs.

If the HP eStation Zeen's display is unresponsive you may have to restart the device. To do so, hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the screen turns off. Release the button then push the power button again to turn the eStation Zeen back on. For more information about this issue try checking out the troubleshooting page.
