Wont let me download anything and i cant get playstore only got market

Hi,
Not quite sure where it is located in your Tab but go to Menu > Settings > Apps > swipe right side to ALL Apps, then scroll down and find Download Manager. The Apps are listed alphabetically, with working apps first then disabled apps.
Tap to enter Download Manager. If there is an Enable button tap it then try to go online.
If it says 'disable' tap to disable, then clear cache. reboot Tab then navigate back to download manager and enable it as above.
See if you can access the internet with your browser.

I tried everything offered on all of these sites on how to get my galaxy 4 which had suddenly stopped downloading to download a new book that I had purchased. Nothing worked. I cleared my entire library out thinking storage is a problem. Nothing. Then I decided to delete my existing Kindle app and reinstall a new one...boom! a perfect download within seconds! So this is my suggestion!
Ive tried all this to no solution says browser no longer supported why
Have you checked that the tablet's date and time are correct?
Can you connect to the internet OK?
What is the model number of your tablet?

I can't even find download manager in apps. When se arched it says 0.

I've had this samsung tablet for about 2 years now I've only used it twice when i played music but i haven't used this for about a few months ago I got on here and now i can't listen to any music i now can't down load i don't know about tablets don't now what to do I'm very old you see
