my phone show error: unable to find a bootable option. press any key to shutdown down. what can i do ? i must change the motherboard?

elaheshiraz first check to see if you are running into some software error. Try this option suggested by Microsoft to recover your software.
If that does not work, you could try to re-flash your phone or you may have a bad eMMC IC . for instructions on how to flash, check this link.

I am having the same problem only just started last night and my partner has tried to reset it and do the software thing and its not worked anyone got any ideas?
