Our vacuum won’t leave the charger. Keeps saying empty the bin, which we have done. We were very happy with the first two roomba’s , is this something specific to the i7”s?

I have the same problem, replaced both the bin and cleaning module and still seeing the same error. Does anyone have any ideas?

Same here, it's fully charged, filter changed, it will empty but, it will not leave the charging station.

I got this in September and it is now October and I see it as a lemon . I have an older irobot from 2016 and it runs better than this one. To spend over 1k on a vacuum and have to contact customer support multiple times is a bit much. This didnt help me solve my latest problem of it not turning on for more than 10 seconds without giving me the put on a flat surface error.
