If the laptop will not turn on using the above method, it is likely that the charger is broken. In order to test the battery for sure, consider purchasing a replacement charger.

If none of the above methods resolve the issue, it is likely the motherboard is at fault. A replacement motherboard must be installed in order to resume normal operation.

If the pixels are dead you can find software or websites, such as JScreenfix and UDPixel, that will use software to run bright, intense images that will attempt to reset the pixels. Plug your laptop in an external monitor to see if the screen displays there. If it does not, your drivers need to be updated. WiFi initially connects well, but will shortly have "limited connectivity" or lose connection altogether.

If the WiFi is not maintaining connection after initially having a strong, secure connection, it is likely that the driver just needs to be reset.

Fn key is not working and I cannot activate functions on function keys F1-F12.

Turn off your laptop. Turn it on and tap the “Esc” key repeatedly to enter the Start-up Menu. Click F10 to open the Bios option. Navigate through the Bios menu using the left or right arrow keys. Go under Action Keys tab and select “Enable”.
