Macbook Core 2 Duo Santa Rosa Inverter Cable repair-- easy to fix couple hours

Screen did not always light up when opening macbook, but could see faint image . Had to position the screen at odd angles to get the macbook to light up.

The first time I ordered the wrong cable, the second time I ordered the Santa Rosa cable and repair went smoothly.

Meu Conselho

Number all your parts -correspond them to each step . I used a flat soda case box to keep track of all the little screws. Definitely order a spudger and screwdriver. Take your time and follow each step carefully.
