First Time Kindle

Meu Problema

A customer of ours came in with a Kindle where the charging port was damaged. After looking for solutions and parts, the best thing we determined was to replace the logic board. Since we don't do many repairs on devices like this, we were a little put out, but when he told us the number that a competitor was going to charge for the same repair, we took it upon ourselves to learn it and save him some money. End result is a happy customer.

We got the part in, followed the guide and it was extremely easy to get done. Having experience with more difficult repairs helped out, too. Just took our time with an unfamiliar unit
