This policy is issued by iFixit GmbH and applies to all consumer orders placed on our UK website. We want you to be happy with your purchase from iFixit!
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the statutory Right to Cancel this contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchased item(s) (date of delivery). You may exercise this right without explanation and without incurring any additional charges.
To meet this cancellation deadline, you must communicate your decision to us before the 14-day period expires.
Initiating a Cancellation
We recommend contacting our support team through FixBot before sending anything back to us. We can then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions to help process your cancellation and refund quickly.

Cancellation Details
If you choose to exercise your Right to Cancel this contract, iFixit will refund all payments received from you, including the initial standard delivery costs.*
- Cost of Return: You are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods. This includes all shipping charges and any customs, import, or brokerage fees levied on the parcel as it re-enters Germany.
- Timeframe for Refund: iFixit will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your decision to cancel or receiving the returned goods, whichever is earlier.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
- Condition of Goods: You will not incur any fees for the refund. However, you are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We will only refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional costs incurred from choosing an express or non-standard delivery method will not be refunded.
Returning the Goods
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel the contract. The deadline is met if you hand over the goods to the carrier before the 14-day period has expired.
